1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, newsletters and other digital properties operated by Ellao Digital Limited (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Who we are

Ellao Digital Limited is a digital media and affiliate marketing company. Our business model is to build and operate content properties that rank in organic search and refer interested users to third-party platforms operating in regulated and unregulated markets. We are compensated by those third parties via affiliate, referral, partnership or revenue-share arrangements. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, money services business, payment processor, exchange, prediction market operator or licensed gambling operator.

3. No financial, legal or professional advice

All content on the Services — including articles, reviews, comparisons, market commentary, odds discussions, tutorials, FAQs and any AI-generated summaries — is provided for general information and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes, or should be relied upon as:

• financial, investment, trading, securities, commodities or derivatives advice;
• tax, accounting, legal or regulatory advice;
• an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, trade, deposit or wager on any product, contract, token, market or platform;
• a guarantee of any outcome, return, payout, probability or result.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision you make based on information you read on the Services, and for seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.

4. Affiliate disclosure & how we earn

We comply with applicable advertising standards, consumer protection laws and fair trading regulations in every jurisdiction we operate in.

• Many outbound links on the Services are affiliate or referral links. If you click them and subsequently register, deposit, trade or transact with the destination platform, we may receive a commission, revenue share or fixed referral fee.
• Affiliate compensation never costs you anything extra, and we never charge end users for access to our content.
• Compensation does not change the price, terms or experience offered to you by the destination platform.
• We aim to disclose commercial relationships clearly and in close proximity to relevant content. The absence of an explicit label on a specific link does not change the affiliate nature of our overall business — assume any outbound link to a commercial operator may be monetised.

5. Third-party platforms

The Services link to and describe third-party platforms operated by independent companies. We do not control those platforms, their products, their terms, their fees, their availability in your jurisdiction, their licensing status, or how they handle your data and funds. Your use of any third-party platform is governed solely by that platform's own terms and privacy policy. Ellao is not a party to, and accepts no liability arising from, any transaction, dispute, loss or damage between you and a third-party operator.

6. Eligibility & jurisdictional restrictions

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to access content concerning prediction markets, derivatives, gambling-adjacent products or financial products — generally at least 18 years old, and 21 in jurisdictions where that is the local minimum. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to, and any onward use of, third-party platforms is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access them. Prediction markets, event contracts, derivatives and similar products are restricted, regulated or prohibited in many jurisdictions. Nothing on the Services should be read as a representation that any specific product is lawful or available to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services in any way that breaches applicable law;
• scrape, copy, republish or commercially exploit our content without written permission;
• attempt to interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Services;
• misrepresent your identity, use bots to manipulate analytics or referral attribution, or generate fraudulent affiliate conversions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, data compilations, software, and the "Ellao" and property-specific brands — is owned by or licensed to Ellao Digital Limited and protected by copyright, trade-mark and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

9. User submissions

If you contact us, submit a form, subscribe to a newsletter or otherwise provide feedback, you grant Ellao a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that submission for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. Do not send us confidential information you do not want us to use on this basis.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellao disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any content, odds, market information, return projection or partner description is accurate or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ellao, its affiliates, officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, deposits, trading positions or wagers, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or any third-party platform reached via the Services. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded —— for example, for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer-protection laws.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ellao Digital Limited from any claim, liability, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your interactions with any third-party platform reached through the Services.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects your right to bring proceedings in, or benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection laws of, your country of residence.
